[問題] 濃稠的番茄燉牛肉?
各位晚安
最近想試試看番茄燉牛肉,於是參考了一些食譜,有的用番茄汁加新鮮牛番茄,有的則是
用新鮮牛番茄而已。
以上兩種成品看起來湯汁部分似乎都不是濃稠狀的,想請問番茄汁部分如果用番茄糊取代
是否可行?除此之外還可以如何做來達到濃稠湯汁的效果呢?
