[問題] 生巧克力太軟怎麼救
如題
好像不小心手滑加太多鮮奶油,導致切的
時候很沾黏而且軟的跟泥土一般
我可以重新隔水加熱再溶巧克力進去嗎?
會不會影響口感什麼的?
