[問題] 求救! 過鹹的包餡漢堡排
各位前輩好
想請各位拯救我的漢堡排
買進了快1公斤的牛絞肉,做了大約10個左右的包起士漢堡肉
是日式漢堡排的感覺,不是偏薄的美式漢堡肉
做完全數進冷凍保存
今天退冰煎了一顆來吃,因為我趕著出門,心急的想把東西弄完
就沒有完整的退冰到柔軟,頂多手指能微微壓下去的程度
用小小火煎熟表面,切開起士已經融化但內層肉還是偏深紅
就扔進微波爐1分鐘到全熟,同時容器內流出很多肉汁
我自己的口味算是清淡的,成品空口吃有頗鹹
應該是烹調方法與退冰不完全導致問題?或者當初在拌料時鹽巴下手過重...
這樣的狀況能夠如何扭轉請拯救我XD

請問除了配澱粉以外,有任何方法能夠在烹調時減低鹹味嗎?

已經冷凍過了,解凍加肉然後再冷凍!?可以這樣子嗎?

那天拌好肉有下一小坨煎來吃,大概那時候心不在焉沒仔細好好試吃吧XD
如果要增加東西的話是要全部退冰拆開重新拌新料進去,還是包外面就可以??
