[問題] 煮了一鍋碳化物…
事情的起因是我在網路上看到一篇文章,
5分鐘完成,懶人料理洋蔥燉雞!
網頁上說明這個料理簡單省時,在日本相當受歡迎,
只需要
1.雞肉 check!冰箱裡有好市多買的雞胸肉
2.洋蔥 check!全聯買了顆洋蔥
3.醬油 check!屏科大薄鹽醬油早就準備好了
4.味霖 這個我沒有,用米酒+冰糖代替
5.電子鍋 怕電子鍋殘留味道,改用飛利浦萬用鍋
萬事俱備,材料全放入鍋內,加上醬油米酒冰糖,
選了無水烹調,時間選雞肉,
接著滿心期待雞肉料理出爐(怕太好吃了光吃雞肉不夠想了想還跑去煮米飯
萬用鍋一開始飄出超棒的香氣(期待…
加熱結束後跳保溫(期待…
漸漸飄出焦味…(咦?!
又等了一陣子,越想越不對,把萬用鍋關掉,讓它排氣
排完後打開…god…一鍋焦炭…雞肉死不瞑目…
雖然我廚藝一直不怎樣,但也從來沒煮過這種完全不能吃的東西啊!

1. 無水烹調模式是烤?
2. 我煮太久?
3. 不該用萬用鍋?
現在整個人處在崩潰呆滯狀態…
