[問題] 如何令排骨湯較為濃稠?
曾經嚐過湯頭較為濃稠的排骨湯, 但那種濃度也沒到濃湯那種程度.
就是比一般的排骨湯稍微濃稠一些, 但濃稠的感覺還是蠻明顯的.
那種入口的口感感覺比一般排骨湯好很多.
請問, 要怎樣煮, 或是加什麼料, 才有那種較為濃稠的口感?
應該不是摻太白粉吧.
