[問題] 美國自切火鍋牛肉片的選擇
因為住美國所以比較難買到好的火鍋肉片,
前陣子買了切肉機
想試試自己買一整塊肉來切
賣場的大塊牛肉有下列三種:
1. Beef round shirloin tip
