[問題] 保鮮膜用量/剩菜冰箱保存方式
最近用到成分是pdvc(忘記是日本那一個牌子的)的保鮮膜,我手殘,一直破,真的是很難用
以前若是沒髒(沾到食物油)沒破,還會再重複用。現在這款根本無法重複用~我才驚覺我這樣用保鮮膜真的好不環保。
我想一下我媽都是用盤子,要不然就是湯鍋的蓋子直接蓋。可是我也才只有2個一般size透明湯鍋蓋,就算當餐已經食用完畢,剩菜剩飯不多,但總還是會有需要冰的東西,害我有點想再去買幾個湯鍋蓋了~~
想問一下大家都怎麼保存剩菜剩飯?保鮮膜還是盤子/蓋子盡量利用啊~手邊有幾個蓋子可用啊?
(保鮮盒塑膠我都是拿來放水果,蔬菜而已。)
