[問題] 空心菜如何炒才不黑
求助各位高手們~如何炒空心菜不黑掉,這問題我已經爬文,試過在起鍋前加醋,但不知
道是不是加的太多,味道蠻重的,菜還是黑掉;買菜阿婆叫我先燙過在快炒一下,剛試了
還是黑掉...
黑掉的樣子真的讓人不想吃,請問有沒有其他方法可以不讓菜黑掉的?!
