[問題] 漢堡排的作法調整
牛絞肉600g
豬絞肉200g
蛋一顆
洋蔥半顆(切碎稍微炒一下,等涼拌進去肉裡面)
麵粉,牛奶少許
因為是想要當早餐吃
前一天晚上把漢堡排做好
用保鮮膜包起來放進冷藏要隔天使用
隔天早上盤子裡面有出血水
我先用大火煎1分鐘
翻面煎的時候轉小火
有墊紅蘿蔔在下面加水蓋鍋蒸
約10分鐘才熟
(有可能我漢堡排太厚,我用筷子試2次都還有血水)
但是煎出來的成品超級乾
請問我哪個步驟需要改進??
好想要吃到有肉汁的漢堡排呀
