[問題] 醬油膏調果糖的比例
如題
前年
去早餐店打工 那時候還沒唸大學
所以就沒有很用力的偷比例回家煮
就忘記醬油膏的種類和果糖的比例
我印象中是用金蘭的 然後和豐年果糖
3:1調出來
可是自己調又感覺和之前吃到的不一樣
好想在吃一次那種甜甜的醬油膏
想拿來做燒肉醬 或炸豬排醬
