[問題] 豬肋排太油該怎麼處理?
COSTCO的豬肋排
買回家後馬上做的
整條沒切 灑上黑胡椒跟乾燥羅勒 辣椒 用烤箱260度20分鐘
然後發現...好油膩
吃了三小塊就受不了了
現在冰箱裡還有兩條用鹽麴醃著的
請問如果要讓肋排出油 應該怎麼料理比較好?
烤久一點? 切成小塊烤? 還是乾脆拿刀把肥肉切掉
家裡有烤箱 鑄鐵鍋
