[問題] 保存自製豬油油蔥酥問題
剛自己弄好豬油蔥酥,我打算豬油跟油蔥酥分開裝。
我看一般人都會在玻璃瓶口噴食用酒精。幾個問題想請教
1。食用酒精去那買啊?我家沒有可以直接拿米酒嗎?
2。沒有玻璃瓶可以拿塑膠瓶代替嗎?
3。豬油/油蔥酥要冷藏還是冷凍保存啊?
