[問題] 日本昆布粉如何使用?
在日本超市買了包昆布粉
我以為跟台灣的鰹魚粉調味料一樣
煮湯直接加入就會有一鍋高湯
或是煮菜可取代鹽巴
結果剛才煮咖哩加了一匙
就結成一團很稠很稠的東西...
都化不開!!
請問大家這類昆布粉該如何使用呢?
