[問題] 水煮雞胸保存
今天晚上在宿舍用兩人份電鍋水煮了一盒雞胸肉,
目前正在苦惱要怎麼保存他,
因為其實明天一早就要吃他了,
冷凍好像沒有必要,
冷藏的話還在思考是要整個進去冰(肉加煮肉水),
還是把肉撈起來放進碗裡在冰,
還是不要冰直接泡一晚
請求各位的建議,謝謝
