[問題] 煮飯(浸泡/悶)的時間如何影響口感
有時候4點出門接小孩,回到家算一算可能要5點多。5點多才要洗米+泡30mins+煮飯20min
s+悶30mins整個就太晚。
請問是(1)先洗好浸泡久一點然後下去煮還是(2)煮好後悶久一點那一個比較不會影響口感
?
比如說
1。4點開始浸泡到5點多(“浸泡”了一個多小時)回家才放進電鍋,然後按照正常程序煮
。
2。還是說3點多就浸泡到4點出門切下去煮,然後等到5點多回來(等於“悶”了一個多小
時)才開電鍋把飯翻一下
