[問題] 羊肉爐羊肉部位_英文請教
人在美國。
同事(非亞裔所以他也不清楚)可以取得一整隻處理好的全羊帶皮帶骨全內臟,
我有意和他分一些部位來做羊肉爐,
想請問應該要拿哪些部位比較適合做羊肉爐呢?
如果有哪些羊肉/內臟料理的也請一並推薦,因為在美國超市大多都只見肋排部位
