[問題] 水煮雞胸肉
小弟第二次煮雞胸肉,我是去超市買整個雞胸肉直接丟下滾水煮
主要是要煮給我家毛孩吃的,但是雞胸肉有點大塊,請問要怎麼判別裡面已經熟了
而且我一次買三塊,第一塊當天煮掉,其他冰在冰箱
今天再把剩下的拿出來煮,感覺煮起來肉的顏色不太一樣,水裡面也有雜質
請問肉是要當天煮掉比較好嗎?
