[食材] 花雕酒跟米酒入菜的差別?
最近想做醉蝦跟酒蛋。
因為我家幾乎不喝酒或用酒入菜,我喝過雲南小米酒跟紹興黃酒,但沒喝過米酒。
之前半夜偷吃花雕雞泡麵嫌不夠味,
我拿廚房一罐已經放到黏黏的玻璃罐米酒來加,
很開心地吃了幾次以後我媽才說那罐壞掉很久了…
網路上食譜都是紹興,想請問用米酒做起來是哪裡不一樣呢?
