[問題] 炸豬排、魚排、蝦的提前準備
大家好
炸豬排那類的是否可以在前一天晚上先過三關冷藏
到早上只需要熱油炸?
不曉得會不會出水糊掉之類的...
有人試過嗎? 謝謝~~~
