[問題] 水波爐炸豬排,都做不好求問
哈嘍各位好,最近買了一台panasonic的蒸氣烘烤爐,想說就來嘗試做新料理
昨天嘗試做了炸豬排,在市場買了里肌肉。
有用麵粉跟麵包粉,麵包粉有加沙拉油、下鍋炒一下,但是昨天煮出來的炸豬排,卻差強
人
不知道是不是因為老公去接孩子放學,炸豬排整個都保溫在爐子內,等到拿出來吃,整個

(話雖如此老公還是邊吃邊稱讚,硬全部吃完)
剛才自己想再嘗試一次,這次有把里肌肉旁邊的筋切除,並且拍打,做出來的口感有好一
點
我在想濕軟是不是一切下去,肉汁留了出來,造成濕軟。
煮了兩次都有皮肉分離的問題,我是用的麵粉是地瓜粉,這會有影響嗎?
到底要怎麼用水波爐, 可以做到像外面的炸豬排一樣?
