[問題] 煮半熟蛋的技巧?
最近嘗試水煮半熟蛋,遇到兩個問題:
(1) 怎麼放蛋:
把生蛋放入鍋中要怎麼放比較好呢?
常常都會把蛋放到散掉或是破破的
(2) 怎麼撈蛋:
輕輕一撈,蛋就破掉,
好不容易煮半熟的蛋黃就毀了
以上兩個問題,
請問大家有什麼技巧可以分享嗎?
