[閒聊] 牛排先烤後煎會好吃嗎?

我想現在很多人煎牛排都是用這個影片的方法
赫斯頓 米其林大廚學堂 多汁牛排的煎法

先用攝氏120度烤35分鐘再放入鍋中煎至入味(油放好多...簡直半煎半炸了
好奇烤35分鐘不會太老嗎? 不過看切片還蠻美的~
有人試過先烤後煎的牛排嗎?
