[食材] 一堆五花肉怎麼保存?
這次回老家父親給我大約3kg的豬肉,請問我
該怎麼保存呢?
我網路查了一下有得是川燙之後切小塊放冷凍
還是我直接分裝我每次要吃的份量,要吃的話
再解凍料理。像滷或者蒜泥白肉?
冷凍過後得豬肉解凍料理口感跟味道會不會改
變?
