[問題]請問關於優格醃雞肉
一般人都會用無糖優格來醃雞肉來讓雞肉更軟嫩
所以想問一下大家醃雞肉的順序
大家大約都用優格醃多久雞肉來讓他軟嫩呢
還有因為無糖優格聞起來還是有些許的酸味
那在用優格醃完雞肉,如果需要在用其他醃料(如醬油,黑胡椒,米酒)醃雞肉的話
會先把沾有優格的雞肉清洗過後再醃製嗎?
