[器具] 大家都用什麼鍋具炸東西?
有時一個人想吃個炸麥克雞塊,炸薯條
可是用鍋子炸東西,要倒入好多油,至少要半瓶了..覺得好浪費喔
昨天試著用大創那種小牛奶鍋,到入油油炸,鍋身窄
用油量少,高度就夠蓋過雞塊了,炸出來也很好吃
但就是不放心鐵氟龍材質,想找也是小口徑,但不銹鋼的鍋子
大家都怎麼處理炸物呢,都是用普通的炒鍋豪氣的倒入半瓶油嗎?
PS:我知道雞塊薯條可以用烤箱烤,但還是有差
