[問題] 關於煎牛排請教
最近心血來潮想在小套房烤個牛排來吃
但是手邊的工具只有
屈臣氏集點送的料理鍋
20L中型烤箱(可控溫、上下火)
請問
這樣的料理鍋有辦法做到將牛排兩面煎熟再進烤箱嗎?
如果可以,要塗奶油在底層嗎?
還是只能放棄這個想法呢
