[問題] 有關提拉米蘇使用的酒

聖誕節想做提拉米蘇給朋友
目前估狗食譜後
想要參照這個

雞蛋......2顆
馬斯卡邦芝士 (Mascarpone)......250克
糖......40克
濃縮咖啡 (Expresso)......25克
馬沙拉酒 (Marsala Wine)......40克
意大利手指餅乾 (Ladyfinger/Savoiardi)......8塊
鹽......少許
無糖可可粉......適量
但因為我平常對酒沒有研究
但是又想做出好吃的提拉米蘇
有關提拉米蘇使用的酒
有幾種想詢問各位
1. 馬沙拉酒 (一次要買一大罐,可是聽說正統要加這個?但是沒有喝過...不知道加進
去味道怎麼樣)
2. AMARETTO DISARONNO 也有些正統是說要加這個,但是會不會杏仁味很重呢?
3. 貝禮詩香甜酒 有甜味也有奶味,如果我用這個食譜的話,不知道會不會太甜,糖量需
要調整嗎?
4. 卡魯哇咖啡酒 有些人說像糖漿,我沒有喝過所以不確定......
還有一個問題想問....
我用這個食譜打出來的起司糊會凝固嗎?
很怕會太濕
打蛋白糊的時候要不要放糖呢?聽說會比較穩定
嗚嗚嗚第一次做,所以很多問題
