買了一塊costco的牛排
放在冷凍兩個多月了 最近想要拿出來吃
肉如果中間沒有完全變常溫 煎下去絕對是失敗的 就是外焦內生
放在室外常溫自然解凍怕會壞
微波爐的解凍也沒那麼強 怕微波太久肉就熟了
所以想請問版友都怎麼快速解凍肉塊的? 謝謝
