[問題] 蔥爆牛肉的醃料
請問蔥爆牛肉的醃料
除了加米酒,醬油, 少許太白粉 外
需不需要再加"蛋" 去醃呢?
而網路上有好多版本.....
有人加全蛋液,也有只加蛋白的,也有完全不加蛋的....(不太懂差異在哪)
請問大家都怎麼做比較好吃呢~~~~??
