[問題] Staub 和 Le Creuset 選哪個好?
最近下定決心要買個高檔鑄鐵鍋
當然二話不說只有兩個選擇 Staub 和 LC
我也爬過文了
一般幾個考慮點好像蓋子密合度 Staub比較好
燉煮時水比較不會從蓋子冒出來
(我不知道LC的煮滾的時後水滴會不會冒出來?因為滴出來好像也不好洗)
但同樣大小好像也是staub比較重一點
價位上如果都沒水貨,好像staub便宜一點點
如果以上這些都不管的話
請問但就煮東西而言,有沒有差別
比方哪個煮比較快?哪個比較入味?或是其實沒什麼差?
想請兩個都用過的人分享一下,謝謝
