[問題] 半小時不冰 生肉or熟肉好保存?
最近想自己做便當上班
公司有簡易廚房跟廚具
剛剛醃了一些豬肉,另外有些豆芽菜想一起炒
想說我是一大早起來煮好帶去公司冰,中午微波加熱
還是乾脆帶生肉跟生菜去公司冰,中午再炒呢?
家裡到公司約半小時路程
感覺好像帶食材去做然後現吃比較不會營養流失?
但考慮到半小時不冰,而且公司是小冰箱似乎溫度沒很冰
這樣生肉的保存不知會不會有問題?
