[問題] 牛肉要怎樣健康的讓他軟呢
如標題 最近想要做紅燒牛肉麵 我已經買了牛腩
我要用電鍋煮 但是聽說要煮到軟 要三杯水這樣子
想問一下 有辦法先處理 來簡短烹飪時間嗎?
希望是天然一點的 聽說用鳳梨 奇異果泡水可以 但是感覺會混到太多水果味道
用小蘇打又會減少他的肉味
上次看到說用蘿蔔汁也可以 不過要放久一點
想要問一下各位大大 有哪些方法可以不會太影響風味又可以軟化肉的方法嗎?
