[問題] 麵包機一定要加酵母粉嗎?
大家好,我是個cookclub版的資深潛水員,
最近為了減肥買了台製麵包機(自製地瓜/馬鈴薯蔬菜沙拉吃膩了...)
但因為本身有嚴重脹氣和為食道逆流的毛病,
不想加酵母粉,但麵包的口感就會變得不太好(其實也不能叫麵包了吧!)
比較像很硬的「糕」
現在的食譜:
麵粉、水/牛奶、蘋果丁(地瓜泥)和鹽,為了減肥不加奶油和砂糖,
只吃食材原味。
請問有沒有解決辦法,或是能請大家分享低卡路里的麵包機食譜嗎?
