[問題] 牛骨湯 烤跟不烤
請問燉牛骨湯前,烤不烤牛骨有什麼差嗎?
像韓式牛骨湯就是直接水煮,美式的都會先烤過再煮
還有我在就近的美國超市只買的到切塊的骨髓,應該沒問題?
這位大嬸是用可以拿來捶人的牛骨!
