最近想做蛋糕捲有一些問題
1.打發鮮奶油需用動物性還是植物性?
2.打發後的鮮奶油顏色有偏黃或是白,是因為品牌的關係嗎?
3.因為之前吃過十勝生乳捲,讓我頗好奇十勝的鮮奶油買的到嗎?
4.哪一品牌的鮮奶油打發後比較好吃?
