[食譜]白酒燉兔肉(不喜勿入)

第一次料理兔肉(兩隻腿3歐元),口感很嫩且無腥味,是很棒的肉食新選擇
。
將兔肉用鹽巴/黑胡椒按摩一下,靜置10分鐘拍上麵粉。
厚底鍋加入一點燻肉條逼出油脂,開大火將兔腿兩面煎黃。
切一顆洋蔥/兩瓣大蒜/一支辣椒,轉中火放進去炒,炒至洋蔥熟軟。
蘑菇7朵切片,加進去同炒,倒入150ml不甜白酒,開大火讓他滾一下。
放入百里香/月桂葉
加入高湯(蔬菜高湯或雞高湯皆可)至淹過食材,開小火燉煮1小時即可。
麵包切片烤脆,搭配湯汁一起吃。(也可以在湯汁裡加一點鮮奶油)
