[心得] 自己醃製鮭魚卵
今天去 Granville Island 的Public Market 逛逛
結果發現了新鮮的鮭魚卵

1.用熱水先沖, 魚卵會變硬一點然後用手輕輕的從薄膜上分離下來
魚卵這時候會變色是正常的現象.
2.再用溫水或冷水沖, 魚卵比較重會沉下去薄膜會浮起來
然後像洗米一樣把水倒掉, 重複幾遍薄膜就會慢慢的洗掉了.
3.把水瀝乾加入適當的鹽醃大概10分鐘, 然後過篩讓醃製出來的水濾掉.

4.然後放在濾網上再做最後的調味.包保鮮膜放入冰箱大約45分鐘
最後裝入乾淨的玻璃瓶放冰箱冷藏就完成了
