[問題]請問要如何煮出像外面賣的麵線焿呢.謝謝
這幾天有煮麵線焿.但覺無法像外面賣的一樣美味
請各位幫忙看一下問題
1.水煮開.下紅蘿蔔絲.自製油蔥酥
2.買雜貨店的手工麵線,下鍋前會泡軟.再下鍋煮
這次刻意煮比較久一點.因一直煮不爛
3.下柴魚片.加盬.
4.要吃時.再加烏醋.醬油.蒜末.香菜.調味
問題: 因我不喜歡太白粉.所以沒有使用勾芡.再來是我沒有加像蚵仔.大腸這類的.
想煮美味的清麵線.實在有難度,在想.沒太白粉真的差很多嗎.
還是因沒有加味精或沒有大腸湯汁.蚵仔的關係嗎
紅麵線為何都煮不爛.覺很怪.上網查一下.傳統真的紅麵線.應可以煮到爛
又有點擔心.,麵線有加了不知名的成份.
