[問題] 乾乾的豆包怎麼處理?
我媽是素食主義者 她超超超超超超愛吃豆包
所以她"常常"買一大~~~~包的豆包
可是卻是乾的那種 應該是已經炸過了
每次他都叫我乾豆包入菜她想吃
但乾豆包 很難處理... 應該說 我還找不到方法
它本身已經含油(炸過了嘛) 下鍋又很容易沾鍋 然後焦掉
到底該用什麼方法料理?
難道它只有用炸的好吃!?(鹹酥雞都會夾XD)
也應該不可能讓他還原成白白濕濕的豆包樣 我試過泡了水整個豆包會油膩膩的
請問該怎麼料理勒
