[問題] 請問大家都如何清洗肉類食材?
最近開始學習烹調肉類,但遇到一個幼幼班的問題:
請問肉類該怎麼洗才乾淨呢?
以雞肉為例,有人說在水龍頭底下沖水就好,
但近期又有人說這樣會使細菌跟著水花到處飛濺,反而更不乾淨,
也有人說不用洗,直接丟到沸水中燙,再撈出髒汙的血水即可。
看了好困惑啊!
所以想請問大家都如何清洗各種不同的肉類呢?
