[問題] 地瓜煎餅不酥?
剛剛嘗試做地瓜煎餅
地瓜蒸熟壓泥 加入低筋麵粉 鮮奶跟一點黑糖
煎起來是勉強有成形,但是翻動不易,而且外表不酥
因為只做了兩三片就發現怪怪的
剩下一碗地瓜麵糊不知該怎麼調整
還是該加其他的料改做別的呢?
請各位料理達人指點迷津
