[問題] 麻婆豆腐的絞肉?
一般麻婆豆腐的食譜都只說是絞肉
可是沒有指明是豬絞肉還是牛絞肉還是半豬半牛?
有人試過用牛絞肉或是半豬半牛絞肉做麻婆豆腐嗎?
味道會差很多嗎?
因為這邊買得到的豬肉臊味都比較重
絞肉又不太能用跑活水的方式去臊味..
如果半豬半牛或是牛絞肉做麻婆豆腐吃起來也不差的話大概就不會堅持用豬絞肉了....
