[問題] 太瘦的牛排要醃嗎
最近買台灣牛跟紐西蘭牛
都是幾乎沒有油花的瘦肉肉質
煎起來真的蠻韌的
紐西蘭莎朗還算咬的爛
但台灣牛的真的韌
請問事前醃肉有用嗎 要怎麼醃呢 謝謝
