[問題] 饅頭黃而且硬(紮實?)
中筋麵粉1200g
速發酵母12g
水600g
揉好之後放進電鍋再放熱水製造溫暖環境
一個半小時後拿出來已經膨脹起來
沒有擀,直接捏一球一球圓圓的
再放半個小時再拿去蒸

保鮮膜上面是蒸好的
鋁箔紙上面是未蒸的
都黃黃的,而且吃起來很紮實XD
只有我和狗兒捧場QQ
黃應該是沒關係的吧?
但是怎麼不會像外面的饅頭那樣鬆軟?
( 雖然我個人喜歡可以嚼到嘴巴痠的饅頭 )
