[心得] 漬味噌卵黃

這道料理是從版上看板友分享學來的,
實際做過一遍很好上手,所以也來分享一下!
登登~成品就是那顆晶瑩剔透的蛋黃!
材料需要味噌(口味我只試過這個,可以看看不同口味風味有沒有差)
一張餐巾紙、蛋黃2顆(當然可以做多顆,看自己需要)
拿一個乾淨的容器 擦乾
底部鋪上一層味噌
再鋪上一層餐巾紙
放入蛋黃(只放蛋黃啊!)
密封
放入冰箱2~3天我覺得差不多
好了的時候拿取要小心,餐巾紙可能會裂掉噢~
放冰箱三天後的情形
出來的蛋黃有味噌的鹹味,非常下飯!!
不只好看又好吃,撒一點海苔香鬆或是單吃配飯都很美味
