大家好~ 第一次來這po文 ^__^
是這樣的,最近想做焦糖牛奶布丁
爬文看了食譜,說砂糖要幾克幾克等等
因為我沒有電子秤
也沒有那種一大匙一茶匙的那種量匙
家裡有的只有大同電鍋那種量米的米杯
這樣,我該如何正確量出我要的砂糖量呢?
還是那個量杯的刻度 1 就是 10 克嗎?
抱歉,真是一個不專業的問題
希望有人可以為我解答 : )
