[問題] 減肥料理
最近減肥
想說自己去買些簡單的東西
做成像沙拉那樣來吃
可是因為
平常都沒在下廚
而且現在外食都很貴又油
要減肥就只能去買茶葉蛋跟豆腐
也儘量不吃油炸
可是最近真得不知要吃啥
所以才想說
自己來做沙拉
不知這個想法可行嗎?
不知道這樣做
會不會很難吃
我的想法是
買小黃瓜切一切
不用煮
直接加水煮鮪魚
或玉米罐頭
這樣全部攪一攪
好像可以吃的樣子
只是不知道會不會很難吃
還有小黃瓜不煮會有生味嗎?
還是一定要用塩醃過
因為在減肥
就不考慮美乃滋
還有小黃瓜還可以有哪些變化
在不開火的情形下
還可以做哪些搭配呢???
