[問題] 紅燒竹筍好苦!!
今天練習丙級的菜色"紅燒筍尖"
因為買的是一整條竹筍
於是首先我先竹筍對半切
接下來切成"尖"狀
再來丟下去滾水煮
切完後依照紅燒的方法下去給她燒
燒完後顏色也上去了 也熟透了...
但咬了一口......天阿....超苦的
真的超苦...比吃藥還苦
想請問各位...是我現在買到筍子的問題
還是我烹調方法的問題
