[問題]高麗菜水餃餡,菜味太重.如果補救,謝謝
剛試煮了十幾顆,覺菜味好重喔.目前餡已拌好..剩下的還沒包
能怎補救呢?
我餡料是
高麗菜約半顆切碎.再加不少香油
少許黑胡椒盬
加入絞肉大約有1斤吧.再加不到一匙盬,
拌一拌.後來又再加二根葱,
一點點醬油.一點點米酒
請問.哪邊有作錯呢
或是現在能怎補救呢
自己吃都覺有點膩了.好重的菜味..跟外面賣的都不一樣
