[問題] 醬油膏白肉
小弟要避免油煙,但是又想簡單的吃肉
所以選擇了這道料理
想問的是
1.五花肉 = 三層肉嗎??
還是它們是不同的部位?
2.五花肉條狀進入之後,大火滾1分鐘,剩下用悶的
這樣會熟嗎?
3.醬汁的部分
目前只有:醬油、白醋、蒜頭、沙糖、紅糖、米酒
(1)打算只沾醬油來吃會不會很怪QQ 或是買醬油膏來沾?
因為朋友不喜歡蒜頭,手上也沒有太多材料QQ
(2)如果要沾蒜頭,蒜頭要先炒過或煮過嗎,還是打算切碎拌上去就好了
(3)另外看阿基師加入了烏醋,想請問沒烏醋只有白醋會不會很怪??
